Transit access near the park

I walked to the CTA and bus stops for travel to downtown. I explored the neighborhood near Wrigley Field during my four days here.

A stroller for downtown walking

I used the child stroller found in the townhouse for walking from one side of the city to the other. Sugar, coffee, salt and other kitchen ingredients sat inside the cabinets when I arrived, so I cooked meals in the full kitchen. I worked in the study, which overlooked the neighborhood. The four-thousand-nine-hundred-square-foot townhouse also gave my group ample space across the living room and bar area.

Laundry machines for every guest

We used the free laundry facilities inside while we prepared meals in our full kitchen. Wrigley Field stood just a block away, so we walked to the local games every afternoon. We accessed our unit through the simple, clear entrance after traveling on the 'L' red line across the street.

Heated racks in the bathroom

I dried my towel on the heated rack in the bathroom each morning before heading out. I parked my car in the dedicated spot on site, which saved me from navigating Chicago street parking. Inside the studio, I found a washer and dryer stocked with detergent, so I kept my clothes fresh throughout my four-day trip.

Private spots in Andersonville

I parked my car in the dedicated parking spot after arriving in Andersonville. Snacks, bottled water, and coffee sat on the counter for me to use during my two days. I slept in one of the three bedrooms, which kept me cool with the air conditioning while I explored the nearby restaurants.

Full kitchen in the walkup

I used the full kitchen to prepare meals during my two nights in the space. The design felt open despite the cozy size of the apartment. I slept in the bed and walked to the train and the grocery after I left the building.

Seconds from the downtown bus

I walked thirty seconds from the condo door to the bus stop that goes to downtown. I cooked my own dinner in the kitchen, which held salt, oil, and all the cooking implements I needed. Upon arrival, I found water and snack packages left for me in the unit. I soaked in the deep tina after I returned from the California green line station each evening.

Snacks on the dining room table

I found a basket of snacks on the dining room table when I arrived, along with filtered water and candy at my bedside. My family played board games Ivan brought for the kids, while we parked our cars in the two private parking spaces. The kitchen held everything I needed for meals.

I parked my car in the back garage while staying in this 2-bedroom flat. I also made use of the washer and dryer inside the apartment throughout my 5-night trip. I enjoyed sitting on the terrace that overlooked the neighborhood.
